How do I return an item?
All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt. Your package contains a Packing Slip with everything you need to make a return. This includes a Return Form, which must accompany your return.
What is your returns policy?
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. Please note that we cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival.
